Equiniti is a leading specialist in technology, finance and administrative services in complex or regulated markets. This project involved creating a web application that connects businesses to their shareholders and helps business adapt to their customers changing needs through account management and reporting.

I was the sole UX/UI Lead on the project. I built a team of UI designers and UX researchers that included a mix of permanent staff and contractors. I introduced design thinking to the business, established a user centred design process and lead the production of a design system. There was a discovery phase that included stakeholder interviews, competitor reviews, Information architecture workshops, personas, co-designed prototypes and user testing and evaluation.

We worked within an agile environment and during technical build there was a close working relationship with the key stakeholders and technology teams. I was involved in all levels of product design and development from research to implementation. This was a key role for driving change in Equiniti’s digital products that included B2C and B2B applications across web and native app platforms.
